And no meal at Del Alma would be complete without indulging in their exceptional desserts. The Chocolate Mousse Cake Special and the velvety Creme Brûlée offer an exquisite finish, but don’t miss the Dulces — sophisticated plays on traditional desserts such as Jericalla Con Buñuelos, with cinnamon-dusted fried buñuelos, lavender cremeux, and hazelnut ice cream, or the Café De Olla white chocolate glazed coffee panna cotta with its smoked cinnamon anglaise and chocolate praline. The Olive Oil Lemon Cake, adorned with lemon curd, amaretto ganache, and honey meringue, rounds out a dessert menu that is as imaginative as it is satisfying.

Went to celebrate a birthday with two couples. We sled to be seated on the second level and they accommodated us The atmosphere was lovely and our server attentive and recommended some delicious items from their menu. We had drinks and a couple appetizers before our main courses of Salmon and tenderloin. They surprised the birthday guest with a sweet little dessert too!
An excellent place, which I visited for the first time and really enjoyed. I was treated with very friendly service, the atmosphere and food were delicious, and I loved the drinks as well. The truffles as dessert were a highlight, with a special shoutout to Ale, who prepared my cocktails excellently.
What stood out most during our visit was the exceptional kindness and care of the waitstaff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth, patience, and an attentiveness that felt human rather than transactional. Our server was thoughtful, gracious, and clearly doing everything possible to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. The rating here is entirely a reflection of that experience. It’s rare to encounter service that feels so sincere — the kind that stays with you long after the meal ends. The staff handled everything with grace and professionalism, and they deserve recognition for that alone. While this likely won’t become a place we return to, I truly hope the team working the floor knows how much their kindness matters. They are the reason for this review and absolutely the reason for the stars.
One of our favorite restaurants! This place is a gem in downtown Corvallis. We visit frequently and the food & service is always spectacular! You absolutely cannot miss this place if you find yourself in Corvallis!
Visited Del Alma to celebrate my birthday. We did not have a reservation but they were able to seat us at the bar right away! Even with sitting at the bar we were easily able to talk and felt like we were in a private setting. The food was delicious, my boyfriend ordered the steak and he said it was the best steak he had ever eaten at a restaurant. I had the Wednesday 3 course special, all of the food was incredibly flavorful and served very promptly! The drinks were great as well! The staff working at the bar were very helpful, kind, and attentive! We definitely will be back!
A pleasant atmosphere with good food, very good cocktails , and very polite staff. Given the price tag for the dishes, the portions are certainly lacking . I’m glad I ordered as much as I did, the appetizers were very pricey for small portions. The halibut chowder for $10 was tasty, but was the most shallow “bowl” of soup I’ve been been served . I’d say maybe a cup of soup spread thin into a bowl.
Gourmet Hispanic-inspired menu. It's not a Mexican restaurant and should not be thought of as one by any means! Call ahead to make a reservation or find seating in their wine bar, hopefully. Their food menu is delicious and their wine menu is vast! Definitely a good place for a date or a business office occasion. Come hungry and leave satisfied with your time and expense. Host and servers are excellent! Definitely a place to visit often!
All I need is a slightly larger menu with larger portions that keep me here longer. Bar side atmosphere is quaint and comfortable. Table seating is awesome with 4 more tiers of a few tables overlooking bar area. Wine bar side was decently sized. Scallops were great but small. Bourbon old fashioned from bartender 1 came with small ice. Grapefruit tequila old fashioned (recommended and decent) from bartender 2 came with large (grapefruit soaked?) ice. Will return!
